Two-Sided Inspection

Pallet inspection is a two-sided process ... that's why we have stayed with our original design concept ...we call it the "domino" principle.

On all our systems, pallets are seen at the top and bottom by the operator and are automatically turned over again by the Pallet Turner.  Its fast, reliable, and effective.

Reliable, industry-tested Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers are at the heart of each SMETCO Sorting System.

An Ethernet-based HMI tracks every pallet and presents the data in industry standard forms: web pages, Excel-compatible .csv files and an OPC server are standard on every system.  Track your profitability and productivity from anywhere in the world without expensive proprietary software.

Stack Straightener

The Stack Straightener automatically squares and straightens uneven stacks for trouble-free operation of the pallet upender and continuous feed system.

Stack Elevator

The Stacker Outfeed "Stack Elevator" is a value added option for high speed sorting systems.  It places the sorted pallet stacks at floor level for electric jack removal.

This is a time-tested heavy-duty design with installations since 1992.
